“Glamping” combines the luxuries of a hotel-like stay with the enjoyment of the outdoors that comes from camping, and is becoming a popular travel style in Japan. Glampdome Ise Kashikojima features 15 huge dome tents, each equipped with comfortable beds and furniture. Some rooms even have private gardens and private saunas next to the tents.
Food is one way to experience the charm of Ise-Shima. Guests are welcomed with all-inclusive services during their stay, such as all-you-can-drink beverages at the Hoshizora the Bar Free night bar and all-you-can-eat ice cream, including Häagen-Dazs. Glampdome Ise Kashikojima’s barbecue options include plenty of fresh ingredients, such as Matsusaka beef, one of the best brands of beef in Japan, and local seasonal seafood.
In addition, travelers never forget to make special memories through travel communication. Acoustic live performances are sometimes held nearby around bonfires in the evening by local singers, who will perform songs upon request. Special events are also popular, such as the Japanese summer festival, where food and entertainment stalls are set up. People can experience traditional games for free and relive their childhood.

How to get there
From Nagoya Station, take the Kintetsu Shima Line to Kashikojima Station (about 2 hours, including 1 transfer). Alternatively, from Shin-Osaka Station, take the JR Line to Tsuruhashi Station, transfer to the Kintetsu Shima Line, and ride to Kashikojima Station (about 3 hours, including 2 transfers).
A 15-minute walk from the station will take you to Glampdome Ise Kashikojima. A free shuttle service is also available, with pickup at Kintetsu Kashikojima Station at the following times: 2:45 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 3:45 p.m. (*Advance reservation required.)
