Guests who participate in the Fukuyama Castle Stay will spend the night at the castle and become the Lord of Fukuyama for a day. You will fully enjoy the valuable assets of Fukuyama Castle Park, which is a treasure trove of historical buildings, cultural properties, intangible cultural assets protected and nurtured by Fukuyama City, and traditional performing arts.

Fukuyama Castle Stay offers a timeless journey, delivered by Fukuyama with the highest level of hospitality. Dinner includes a locally sourced gourmet feast of Japanese cuisine fit for a lord. The top floor of the five-story castle keep will be your personal lounge, while the comfortable sleeping quarters with beds on tatami mats are in the Tsukimi Yagura turret. Wake up to enjoy a delicious breakfast with views of both the garden and castle. During your stay, you will have exclusive private access to the entire castle, allowing you to enjoy a one-of-a-kind historical and cultural experience.

The town of Fukuyama is full of charm, offering traditional performing arts like Noh Theatre and historical areas such as Tomonoura and Kannabe Honjin, which boast beautiful townscapes.
